Lt. C. Ball commands the Special Operations Division. The Division is comprised of several units. They are the Criminal Investigations Unit, The Narcotics/Vice Unit and the Highway Traffic Safety Unit. Lt. Ball is also the Department's first in-house polygraph examiner.
